Josh's Personal Fitness Program

Step 1- Desire

I have a desire to have more flexibility.

Step 2- Belief

I believe I can achieve it because I am currently in a fitness class that requires me to improve my flexibility.

Step 3- Analyze Where You Are Now

Right now my flexibility is very low, because i dont spend enough time stretching.

Step 4- Set Realistic Goals

I want to be able to play professional football.

Step 5- Write Detailed Goals

The way I can improve this is by watching yoga videos and finding other exercise on the website.

Step 6- List how you will benefit from

The way it will benefit is help prevent me from pulling or straininig any muscles.

Step 7- Identify obstacles

I have to stretch before I do anything

Step 8- Identify Knowledge you will need

The things that can help me are working with personal trainers, watching, videos, and working with coaches.

Step 9- Make a plan of action

A way i can do this is by setting times of stretching.I can stretch in the morning, evening, afternoon, and night.

Step 10- Develop a timeline

A timeline can help me by setting different times or when i plan on practicing my stretching.

Step 11- Monitor your progress

Every now and then I can check and see how my progress is going.

Step 12- Never give up

If I give up that mean I will never be able to be a better stretcher so that means I cant give up.
