What is the difference between health-related and skill related physical fitness?

The difference between the two is that health related are things that can help your body and keep you healthy.Skill related is some what the same but it consists of strength, quickness,agility and others.

What are the health-related components of physical fitness?

Improve health, Body composition, Cardiovascular endurance, Muscular endurance, Muscular strength, flexibility

What are the skill-related components of physical fitness?

Power, Balance, Speed, Reaction time, Agility, Coordination

Why does a person not have to be a good athlete to be physically fit?

Because even though another athlete is better then you,you may still do the same or more physical activities as another does.You can do the same thing as other athletes and still get the same amount of work as they do.

Why is it important to know your current level of health-related fitness?

Because if you dont know it can be fatal to your health and could kill you if you dont know.
